growth, and the more appropriate word ... or perhaps the first "concept" that comes to mind coming back from this show of contemporary art. From home in a way and go home to another.
so often happens when you leave daily from the usual, from family. Or at least, it happens to me. I happen to meet, to put into question, often to review everything from the beginning.
Sometimes this inward movement fades gradually weakened. Other times, the energy will not leave, but it is and I find that this is one of the most beautiful "experience."
At SM'art we come into contact with leaven "Argentine", bubbly, which, unfortunately, here we often miss. The audience was curious, full of interest in what was exposed. Diverse audiences and thirsty for news, culture, and beautiful. Here's what we saw in Aix-en-Provence. Of course, we are going through times of economic crisis and this is perceived very well unfortunately. But the culture, that should survive. And by "culture" does not mean a boring stuff, abstract ... I do not speak of something distant and of little use in the frenetic and chaotic every day. But I speak of the need for all to dream, to nurture a spirit of taking care of ourselves. The arts are what is most human to exist because they have to do with the primitive innate human desire to create, and allow us to learn to see the world with more depth, we are taught to analyze things from many different points of view. In short, open your mind, to use a phrase a little town.
Why here feel that this is in danger? Why would anyone try to make life difficult at times impossible those who make culture? The soul is not perhaps quite as important to be neglected, impoverished and undernourished?
We fight until there is taken away the most precious thing and we know that without "beauty" without curiosity, without that incessant motion and creative that moves the spirit, we are nothing.
And I'm happy for all those who show me the other every day here in Italy.
All I want, unless you generalize, my budget is just a little hot "after-show".
but remains concerned by reports I hear every day. And I am disheartened by the progressive deterioration that someone seems to want made to culture and the arts.
